1. About these terms

This website, tarasaxon.com, is operated by The Intentional Wealth Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 32 691 442 672, ACN 691 442 672), trading as Tara Saxon. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Intentional Wealth Co. Pty Ltd, and "you" means the person using the site.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We may change these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our work, request information and resources, make an enquiry, book a conversation, and purchase any products we offer through it.

You must not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches anyone else’s rights

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system

• Introduce any virus, malicious code or other harmful material

• Interfere with the operation of the site, or with anyone else’s use of it

• Scrape, harvest, mine or systematically extract content from the site, whether by automated means or otherwise, including for the purpose of training or fine-tuning any machine learning or artificial intelligence system, without our prior written permission

• Submit false information, or impersonate any person or organisation

3. Our intellectual property

All content on this website - written copy, frameworks, models, diagrams, images, video, audio, downloadable resources and the arrangement of them - is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

This includes, without limitation, The Undercurrent™ and its Reveal, Repair, Reclaim structure, together with the associated keynote, workshop and program material, diagnostics and terminology.

You may view the site and print or download individual pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Reproduce, republish, adapt or distribute our content, in whole or in part

• Use our content, frameworks, models or terminology in your own training, workshops, presentations, marketing or products, whether or not you charge for them

• Remove or alter any attribution, trade mark or copyright notice

• Present our work, or anything substantially derived from it, as your own

Some methodologies we apply in our work are licensed to us by third parties and remain the property of those licensors. Their use by us does not give you any right to use them.

4. Speaker kit and free resources

We make our speaker kit and certain other resources freely available because we would rather people can find and use them. That access comes with a licence, not a transfer of ownership.

You may download, print and circulate these resources within your organisation for the purpose of evaluating, proposing or booking an engagement with us, and for internal reference. You may not resell them, publish them, incorporate them into your own materials or programs, or use them to deliver training or advice to anyone else.

Our name, image, biography, photographs and logo may be used by an event organiser to promote an engagement we have contracted to deliver, in the form we supply, and only for that purpose.

5. Nothing here is advice

This is important, so it is written plainly.

The content on this website, and in our free resources, is general information and education about behaviour, pressure and workplace performance. It is not advice, and it does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs, or those of your organisation.

In particular:

• We do not provide financial product advice or personal financial advice. We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence, and we do not recommend, arrange or advise on any financial product, investment, insurance, credit product or superannuation

• We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice

• We do not provide medical, psychological or mental health treatment, diagnosis or therapy, and our work is not a substitute for any of them

• We do not provide work health and safety advice or certify compliance with any legislative obligation, including psychosocial safety obligations

6. Coaching and our consumer business

Our consumer coaching business operates separately at certifiedmoneycoach.com, under its own terms. Any link from this website to that one takes you to a separate service, and these terms do not apply to it.

7. Enquiries, proposals and engagements

Information on this website about keynotes, workshops, coaching and programs is an invitation to enquire. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting an enquiry does not create a booking.

Any engagement we deliver is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client organisation. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails for that engagement.

Fees, availability and inclusions quoted in a proposal are valid only for the period stated in that proposal.

8. Products purchased through this site

Where we offer a product for purchase through this website, the following applies.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed when we confirm the order and deliver access.

Delivery and access

Digital products are delivered electronically, usually immediately after payment, to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to give us a correct email address and to check your junk or promotions folder.

Licence

When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes, or for internal use within the organisation that purchased it. You may not share, resell, publish or distribute it outside that organisation, or use it to deliver training or services to others.

Refunds

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it would, you are entitled to a replacement or refund and, where applicable, compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

Beyond those rights, we offer a [14]-day refund on digital products. Email [email protected] within [14] days of purchase and tell us why it did not work for you. We are not obliged to refund a change of mind outside that window.

Payment

Payments are processed by a third party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Your use of the payment provider is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

9. Testimonials, results and research

Testimonials and comments published on this website are genuine and are used with permission, or are used in de-identified form where permission for attribution was not given.

They describe the experience of the person or organisation who gave them. They are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome for you or your organisation. Results depend on many factors we do not control.

Statistics and research referenced on this website are attributed to their source. Where we cite data drawn from our own sessions, it is reported in de-identified, aggregate form, and how we handle that data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Links to other websites

This website may link to third party websites. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information, and a link is not an endorsement.

11. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free from viruses. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term implied or imposed by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:

• We exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings

• Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant goods or services or paying the cost of having them resupplied

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, damage or expense we incur arising from your breach of these terms, or your unlawful or negligent use of this website.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information, and forms part of these terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts that hear appeals from them.
