YOU’VE CLIMBED THE LADDER. YOU’VE HELD IT ALL TOGETHER.
(Like it could literally all fall apart with one wrong step.)
Financial coaching for women who feel behind —
even after doing everything “right.”
THE UNDERCURRENT READ™
Your people. Your organisation. Your findings — not a national average.
ONE COHORT · 40–150 PEOPLE · TEN WORKING DAYS
You’re craving that quietly powerful version of yourself — the one who knows what’s in her accounts, trusts her decisions, and doesn’t spiral every time an unexpected bill pops up.
You’d make financial
decisions without
second-guessing or shame
You’d start saving with a sense of ease — not deprivation
You’d finally feel like you were steering the ship,
not clinging to the lifeboat
You could say yes to that spontaneous weekend away — without the post-purchase panic
You’d see your savings go up and your stress go way down
You’d stop avoiding your bank account and start using it like the tool it’s meant to be
You’d sleep through the
night without mentally tallying your grocery spend
You’d finally feel like the financially capable woman the world already thinks you are
You’d stop hiding
from money… and start leading it
The drift is real.
The numbers are moving.
You’ve got a theory about why.
But you’re still working from inference.
Published research gives you a starting point.
Applying it to your headcount gives you an estimate.
Useful? Yes.
Specific to your workforce? Not yet.
“Where did that number come from?”
“Is that our data?”
“How do we know it applies here?”
That’s where the seam shows.
The Undercurrent Read replaces inference with organisation-specific evidence.
Your cohort. Your data. Your answer.
Because in a decision room, the number matters. Where it came from matters more.

ENGAGEMENT SURVEY
Sees workload, recognition, manager quality & intent to stay.
Not what financial pressure is doing underneath the behaviour.

EXIT INTERVIEW
Sees what people are willing to say on the way out.
Not what they were carrying while they were still there.

EAP
Sees the people who reach for help.
Not the people who never put their hand up.
The gap isn’t that you haven’t looked.
It’s that the instrument was never there.
THE UNDERCURRENT™ — REVEAL, INSTRUMENTED
The Undercurrent™ maps how private pressure surfaces in the places that matter most:
How people lead
How they decide
How they perform
The Read is the Reveal stage, instrumented.
One cohort. Your people. Your organisation-specific evidence.
No questions about what anyone earns, owes or spends.
WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET
A cohort-specific read
What is happening in this group — not an Australian average.
A clear pattern map
Where pressure is showing up across leadership, decisions and performance.
A written report
Three sections, plus a two-page extract you can forward without editing.
A live debrief
Ninety minutes with the senior people who need to act on what the findings say.
The report is useful.
The meeting after it is the point.

WHATEVER THE FINDINGS SAY
YOU HAVE YOUR NUMBER
Not a national average. Not a sector benchmark.
A number that came from your people.
So when someone asks where it came from, your judgement is no longer the thing under discussion.
SOMEONE SENIOR HEARD IT TOO
Not relayed later.
Not diluted into an email.
The senior person who needs to act hears the findings in the room, at the same time you do.
YOU HAVE A BASELINE
Dated. Specific. Yours.
So when someone asks six months later whether anything shifted, there is actually something to compare it with.
YOU KNOW WHAT THE DATA CAN’T TELL YOU
The gaps are named plainly too.
Including the things this instrument cannot reach.
That matters just as much as the number.
Evidence where you had inference.
A baseline where you had a hunch.
You have real data from your own cohort.
Not a national average.
Not a sector benchmark.
A number that came from your people.
You have the report in hand.
The patterns are mapped.
The gaps are named.
The two-page board extract is ready to forward.
You can take the evidence into the room.
YoThe debrief has happened.
The senior people who need to hear the findings have heard them directly.
You’re no longer arguing from inference.

THIS IS THE PART WORTH BEING CAREFUL ABOUT

ACTIVE CONSENT
Participation is voluntary. People can stop at any time.

DE-IDENTIFIED RESPONSES
No individual result exists.

NOTHING UNDER FIVE
Small groups are not reported separately.

NO PERSONAL MONEY QUESTIONS
No salary. No debt. No spending disclosure.
People can tell you what pressure is doing without telling you what’s in their bank account.
The Undercurrent Read
One cohort. One read. One decision-ready report.

For one defined cohort of 40 to 150 people, including:
The instrument
Ten working days in field
Response-rate check
Full report
Two-page board extract
90-minute live debrief
20-minute scoping call before anything runs
Roughly six weeks, start to finish.
THE FINDINGS ARE THE FINDINGS
If the Read shows a clear pattern, you'll know.
If it shows a mixed picture, you'll know that too.
And if financial pressure isn't driving this cohort, that is useful information too. It stops you solving the wrong problem.

NO PREDETERMINED ANSWER
The instrument tests the pattern. It doesn't exist to prove my theory.

NO FORCED NEXT STEP
You're not automatically funnelled into coaching, workshops or consulting.

NO DRESSED-UP AMBIGUITY
If the data is inconclusive, I'll say so.
My job is not to manufacture a case for more work.
It's to give you a result you can rely on.
The value is not in getting the answer you expected.
It's in getting an answer you can use.

the person behind the read
I've spent more than 20 years looking at what the numbers don't tell you.
My background spans more than 20 years in banking and project finance, across 14 countries.
I've worked in environments where the numbers matter, decisions carry consequences, and the explanation behind a result matters just as much as the result itself.
Today, I bring that commercial experience together with my work as an ICF PCC-credentialled coach and behavioural change expert.
The Undercurrent Read brings those two worlds together: financial rigour and human behaviour.
Because a number is only useful when you understand what is happening underneath it.
THE RIGHT QUESTION. THE RIGHT COHORT.
This is a Paragraph Font

You’re looking for an individual financial assessment or financial literacy program.
(Wrong tool for the job. No budgets, brokerage or “spend less on coffee” here.)
You need the Read to confirm a conclusion you’ve already reached.
(This isn’t a rubber stamp with nicer typography.)
You’re not prepared to have someone senior hear the findings and consider what they mean.
(Data without someone able to act on it is just a very expensive shrug.)
The Read doesn't tell you what you want to hear.
It helps you find out what you need to know.
THE QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING BEFORE YOU BUY
A few practical things before we start.
No.
The Undercurrent Read can stand alone, or sit before or after a keynote, workshop or consulting engagement.
Questions about pressure and what it is doing to behaviour, decisions and performance.
They are not asked what they earn, owe or spend.
Responses are de-identified before they reach me, and no group under five is reported separately.
The point is to understand the pattern without exposing the person.
You’ll get a response-rate check during the field window, so there is time to nudge participation before the Read closes.
If the response level is not strong enough to support a useful interpretation, I’ll tell you.
Then that is the finding.
I won’t force a pattern that isn’t there or turn ambiguity into a sales case for more work.
You can pay by card or request an invoice.
If procurement is involved, we can still book the scoping call and lock the cohort while the paperwork moves.
